Dr. Jedd is an organizational psychologist, researcher and executive coach with over 20 years of experience in individual, team and organizational development practice. Dr. Jedd is a specialist in leadership coaching, team effectiveness, facilitating change management and culture formation. Her experience includes leadership and learning development program design and delivery, change management strategies, team effectiveness process implementation, cultural and individual assessment, survey design, administration and analysis, large group facilitation, organization design, corporate communication and human resource transformation. She has built three internal Organizational Development / Effectiveness Departments from startup.
